Cancellation policy

At TYBO, we understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness for both our clients and our team, please review our cancellation policy below:

24-Hour Cancellation Window

For any service purchased, if you cancel within 24 hours of purchase, you are eligible for a refund of your deposit minus a 10% administration fee. This refund will be processed once the cancellation request is received and approved within 48hrs

Cancellations After 24 Hours

Cancellations made after 24 hours from the time of purchase will not be eligible for a refund of the deposit

Please be aware that any service cancellations after this period will result in the forfeiture of your deposit

Website Build Services

Deposits for website build services are non-refundable

Depending on the stage of the website build, additional fees may apply if a cancellation is requested. These fees will be based on the work completed up to that point

Social Media Setup & Management

All social media setup purchases and social media management services are non-refundable, after the initial 24hr period

Logo Design Services

All logo design purchases are non-refundable, after the initial 24hr period
